Our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your order. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, or if you need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order.

RETURNS
We accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition. Items returned without original pouches, or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee. We are only able to accept returns for pieces purchased through our website.

EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To exchange an item please contact us by email at info@openlabelstudio.com. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
REPAIRS
We stand by the quality of our products, and are happy to repair our jewelry for the cost of shipping it back to us.
